Housing is one of the essential needs after food, clothing and health. Rapidly rising population & high construction cost in Pakistan have increased the shortage of housing facilities. In figures we can estimate this shortage around 9 to 10 Million houses with an increasing requirement by 2.5 % per annum.

If we take our profession, our community has not planned any such activity at yet. At this point of time, we have more than 50% members, who are in the ages of below 40, who require/ will require very soon their own independent houses. For this we are taking first step for the planing & development of our own housing society. This project provides an opportunity to our community to come forward and encourage us by supporting our initiative.

We have selected Lahore.

Lahore is a history of over thousands of years ruled by Hindu, Buddist, Greek, Muslim, Sikh & British. Now it is the center of Pakistan and the capital of Punjab. Before independence Sir Ganga Ram & Bhai Ram Singh give the Lahore city an artistic architecture look. Thereafter little developments have been done during different government tenures. Mian Shahbaz Sharif has also contributed for its landscaping, roads development & introducing modern transportation system. With increased population Lahore’s boundaries are now touching Kasur & Raiwind, in addition to many new residential societies on Jaranwala Road, Sheikhupura Road and G.T. Road.
